Berwick halls

Our Hall of Residence can accommodate up to 114 students in a combination of single rooms with private ensuite bathrooms, and single rooms in four (4) bedroom apartments.

• Our two room styles offer a different living experience and therefore are priced at different rates:
  
  
  • Single Bedrooms with private ensuite. Residents have access to shared kitchen and dining room facilities
  • Fully self contained 4 bedroom Units. 4 residents share the use of a kitchen, dining and lounge area, and bathroom and toilet facilities.

• All bedrooms are furnished with a single bed, desk, bookcase, pin-board, desk chair, wardrobe and have a private network point [linked to the university] and telephone line.
A separate laundry is located in the Berwick Pavilion.
• Rent is inclusive of utilities (Electricity, Water & Gas)
• Students need to supply their own kitchen equipment (i.e. pots, pans, plates, cups etc), bedding, towels etc, computers, tv’s etc.

This accommodation option provides an excellent transition for our first year students who are in most cases leaving home for the first time. The majority of our Residential Support Team lives within the Hall of Residence complex. This enables them to provide that extra level of support creating a supportive and caring environment for all of our student residents living within the Hall of Residence complex.
