North Flats

Currently there are six residential units on site with each unit containing the following features:

• Five bedrooms - each bedroom contains a desk, chair, single bed, built-in wardrobe and a private telephone point.
• Modern kitchen with four burner hot plate, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster.
• Furnished lounge and dining area.
• Two bathrooms and toilets.
• Laundry containing wash sink, washing machine and clothes dryer. An external clothesline for air-drying is provided in a secure compound attached to each unit.

Students will need to provide their own blankets, cooking/eating utensils, and food.

This accommodation is best suited to students in higher years of study, as the level of supervision is significantly less thus creating an environment which encourages students to be more self-reliant. Ideal for students who have been living away from home for 12 months or more, which is typical of students in their 2nd year and above of study.

Please note that applications from students studying 2nd Year University and above will be given priority placement for available places. Only after these applications have been processed will applications from first years be considered.
