Berwick Pavilion (Communal Facilities)

Communal building at Berwick

One part of the residential facilities is available to all residents regardless of whether they live at North Flats or in the Hall of Residence. This is the Berwick Pavilion.

The Berwick Pavilion is our communal complex. It provides a social haven for our residents to come out of their bedrooms and socialize with other students living on campus. We hold the majority of our social functions in this building too. Some of the facilities include:

  • Large screen protection digital TV
  • DVD player with surround Dolby stereo sound
  • Foxtel TV (via the large protection screen)
  • Table tennis table and pool table
  • Electric barbeque facilities with outdoor seating
  • Self-Service laundry (for FREE use by Hall of Residence students)

The Berwick Pavilion is also the location of the Berwick Residential Operations Office, which means that help, support, advice and guidance is not far away.
