The five individual halls and Normanby House at the Clayton Campus are "collegiate" style of accommodation. Together they provide single room accommodation, meals, facilities, and services for approximately 1,000 people - students, resident advisors and staff. The Halls of Residence and Normanby House both offer residents a blend of intellectual stimulation, academic assistance, cultural diversity, recreational facilities, residential support, enrichment programs and social opportunities.

The South East Flats consist of 30 furnished flats accommodating 114 students. The flats vary in size from two up to five bedrooms and are located on the south-east corner of the campus - just minutes from the main campus buildings. One of the benefits associated with living at the South East Flats is that the structure and governance enables residents to become more independant and self reliant. Residents are still actively encouraged to take part in the support services offered by Clayton Residential. The flats are ideally suited to second and higher year students who are seeking something a little more private.
