Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Residential Programs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a wide range of social, academic and personal development programs for Clayton Residential residents. The Residential Programs Coordinator requires an appreciation of issues facing young people and a desire to develop an environment, corresponding support programs and initiatives that encourage personal growth in a community context. The position also looks after the organization and logistics of training programs for Residential Support Team personnel.
