The accommodation fees for staying at Peninsula Residential vary according to how long a student remains in residence. These rates are set to ensure equity and fairness to all residents.
First semester residency agreements are not generally available. Short term accommodation is generally only available during the summer semester.
Two rates are available:

single accommodation, ie single room in single accommodation (only 2 available at this price) and

shared accommodation, ie a single room in shared accommodation.
