These residences comprise one and two bedroom designs.

The residences have private lockable bedrooms with one student to a bedroom, and common facilities shared with the other residents such as lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry.

Residents enjoy the quieter lifestyle that accompanies these residences. They are located within easy walking distance of the campus and other important facilities such as public transport.

There is one residence that is specially fitted with facilities to enable a student with disabilities to reside independently. Some of features are:

  • ramps
  • rails in bathrooms and toilets
  • low kitchen benchs
  • wide shower areas
