Customer Feedback

Customer feedback

Monash Residential Services actively seeks customer feedback to enable its services to be constantly reviewed and improved where necessary.

At Peninsula Residential this is achieved through:

  • Periodic customer surveys
  • Verbal feedback
  • Annual resident exit surveys
  • Residents' focus group

Residents are encouraged to contact the Peninsula Residential Office to discuss any areas of concern and to provide valuable feedback.

Alternatively residents can provide their comments via the on-line customer feedback form.

Peninsula Residents' Focus Group

The Residents' Focus Group was formed at Peninsula Residential to allow residents to discuss matters with residential staff in an informal setting. Staff will follow up on matters discussed and report back to the group as required. Membership of the focus group is open to any Peninsula resident.
