South Units

For students who prefer more space, the South Units provide accommodation for 76 residents. The majority of our South Units accommodate 9 students per unit.

There are two bedroom standards in South, we have South Double/Large rooms and South Single Units.

South Double rooms are provided with a separate study, linked with a connecting door to the bedrooms. South Large rooms are similar to single bedrooms but have increased floor space.

South Single rooms are 9.4 square metres, smaller than the other south rooms and have a lower weekly rental fee.

All bedrooms in South come provided with bed, mattress, desk and chair.

A personal telephone line is installed in each students room. These South Units have a higher weekly rental fee than the West Houses, reflecting increased facilities provided.

Cleaning is provided for the bathrooms, showers and toilet areas only.

Please note that there are NO meals provided in the South Units, but may be available from the Campus Cafeteria.

Students have a great opportunity to make a lot of new friends in South Units and frequently ask to stay together in the following year.
