Monash Residential Services is constantly striving to improve the living environment for all students that live in our residential facilities, whilst at the same time reducing our impact on the natural environment.

Below is a summary of the major maintenance, renovation and service provision highlights that have occurred at Peninsula Residential from 1996 to present.
