Applications

Steps for Applying for Staff Accommodation:

  1. Please familiarise yourself with the Staff Accommodation Terms and Conditions which are available in the downloads section below, Staff can then arrange accommodation by submitting an Accommodation Booking Request Form also available in the downloads section below.

  2. If the request can be met, the Admissions Officer will make an Official Offer For Accommodation via email.

    Note: Accommodation is never guaranteed, we try to accommodate as many requests as possible.
  3. The offer for accommodation is accepted by signing the Residency Agreement.
  4. The Admissions Officer will issue an Invoice when the signed Residency Agreement has been received.

    Note: The invoice issued is for the first four weeks of the visitors stay (or for the whole duration of the stay if it is less than 28 days) and includes a departure cleaning fee. The invoice must be paid in full within 7 days of receipt. If you do not pay your invoice in full by this date, you will forfeit your booking and Monash Residential Services will offer the accommodation to another visitor. Subsequent invoices will be issued on arrival.
